Part of our comprehensive Non-QM product line is our ITIN Program for non-U.S. citizens who live and work in the United States. If you are working in the US but without a Social Security Number, our Individual Tax Identification Number (ITIN) program can provide the financing you need. Our ITIN Owner-Occupied loan program offers a range of benefits.
Program Highlights:
- 80% LTV for Primary Residence Purchase, Rate/Term and Cash-Out
- 70% LTV for Secondary Home and Investment Properties
- $ 2.5M Max Loan Amount
- 640 Min FICO score for OO
- 660 Min FICO Score for Second Home and Non Owner Occupied
- 50% Max DTI
- Cash-out:
- If <= 60% LTV = Unlimited
- If > 60% LTV = Max $750K
- 70% LTV Non-Warrantable Condo
- 1 or 2 Years of 1099s
- P&L Plus 2-Months Bank Statements
- Non-Traditional Tradelines can be considered when borrowers have at least two (2) credit scores, but do not meet the standard tradeline requirements.
- Gift Funds allowed with a 5% borrower contribution from own funds for OO, and 10% for SH.
- 100% of Down Payment and Closing Costs allowed for OO and SH to 75% LTV
